Refunds

If you are not happy with Full Library, we refund it in full within 30 days, no questions. Ask within 60 days and a Full Library refund under US$150 is automatic.

This covers every Full Library charge made on midnightnovels.com.

The first payment for a plan is covered, and so is every renewal.

A coin pack is refunded in full within 30 days if none of its coins are used.

Free credits have no cash value.

The days are counted from the day of the charge.

We act on the same day for anything under US$150; banks take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Open midnightnovels.com/charge and type the email you paid with.

We email a link to the address on the purchase. The page that link opens has the refund button.

If nothing renews, the button says Refund this charge. If a plan renews, it says Refund it and cancel my plan.

You do not fill in a form and you do not give a reason.

You can also write to support@midnightnovels.com from the email you paid with.

A refund for a plan also cancels the plan. Nothing more is charged.

A refunded plan stops working the minute the refund is made.

You can also cancel and keep the charge. Then your plan keeps working until the last day you already paid for.

A refund pays back a charge already made. Cancelling stops the next one.

To cancel with no refund, open the cancel link in any email we send. No sign-in.

Inside the 60 days, a Full Library refund under US$150 is sent the moment you tap the button. No person has to approve it.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Banks take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
